What the current application processes.
When account services are connected, JobCenter processes sign-in email addresses, candidate profiles, CV files, job applications, employer information, moderation records and operational security events. The read-only preview accepts none of this personal information.
In preview mode, saving a sample job stores only its sample job ID in this browser. Clear the browser’s site data to remove those local saves. No advertiser trackers are installed in this build.
Sharing is specific to an application.
Submitting a native application shares a snapshot of your profile and verified email with the selected employer. A selected, security-scanned CV is attached as the version you submitted. Later profile or CV updates do not change earlier application snapshots.
For external applications, JobCenter opens the approved destination. It does not send your stored CV automatically. The external site’s policies apply there.
Infrastructure and security.
The configured Supabase project provides authentication, database and private document storage. A separately configured scanner receives CV bytes to inspect them. Optional transactional email notifications are handled through the configured email provider. The operator must approve providers, regions, access controls and contracts before launch.
Private workspace pages do not contain third-party display advertisements. The build uses row-level permissions, private document storage and audited document access. These controls reduce risk but do not eliminate every security risk.
Access, correction and removal.
Signed-in users can edit their profile, export their data, withdraw an application and request correction, withdrawal or account deletion in the privacy workspace. A submitted privacy request is queued, not automatically completed.
The operator must establish lawful retention periods, complete requests across storage and providers, communicate any applicable limitations, and publish a working grievance contact before accepting public users. This draft notice does not assert that those operational requirements have already been met.
Age and optional communication.
The initial account experience is intended for people aged 18 and over. Sign-in and application confirmation ask for age confirmation. Do not create an account or upload information for a child.
Requesting a sign-in email or applying does not subscribe you to advertiser messages. Job-alert subscriptions and marketing communications are not implemented in this initial release.
