The service.
JobCenter provides discovery, direct vacancy posting, a private application workspace and approved external application links. Core posting and application functions are intended to remain free. Reasonable anti-abuse limits apply.
A listing, company review or application receipt is not a promise of employment. Employers are responsible for their hiring decisions and for keeping vacancy information accurate.
For employers and recruiting partners.
Post only opportunities you are authorized to advertise. Describe the employer, work location, pay period, essential requirements and application route accurately. Do not charge candidates to secure private-sector employment.
Use applicant information only for the disclosed recruitment purpose. Restrict access to authorized staff, safeguard downloaded copies and comply with applicable data obligations. Close vacancies promptly when filled.
For candidates.
Provide information that accurately represents your experience and qualifications. Do not submit another person’s CV without authority, impersonate someone else or use automated mass applications.
Review the recipient and information shared before submitting. External destinations may require additional steps that JobCenter cannot observe or confirm.
Acceptable use and moderation.
Impersonation, fraud, discriminatory or unlawful listings, malicious uploads and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited. JobCenter can pause access or remove listings during review.
Source integrations require specific authorization. Republishing a vacancy or forwarding a CV is not authorized merely because a page is public.
Launch status and changes.
Sample listings are fictional and do not accept applications. A configured backend is required for real accounts. The release documentation identifies outstanding operational setup and launch gates.
The operating entity must publish reviewed final terms, a privacy notice, contact details and a clear support process before public launch.
